Valagro Academy Elgon Kenya 2018

Valagro’s customer Elgon Kenya reached Platinum category in 2018 and for the first time Valagro Academy was organized in Kenya.
Two Valagro Academy events took place to share with Kenyan growers our knowledge in biostimulant solutions for vegetables and flowers: MEGAFOL, KENDAL ROOT and BREXIL Ca to help the growers to achieve the best productive results and quality in difficult growing situations.
First event was held in Nairobi in Panari Sky Center the 22nd of May 2018 with 82 participants and the support of Elgon Kenya technical and sales team.
Second event was held in Naivasha in Enashipai Resort the 25th of May 2018 with 100 participants plus Elgon Kenya team.
Both meetings started with the intervention of Mr. Vikash Jain - Head of Crop Nutrition Department in Elgon Kenya, presenting Elgon Kenya and the collaboration with Valagro for more than 15 years.
Afterwards Mr. Stephen Mbijiwe - Regional Sales Manager Farm- Sub saharan Africa in Valagro introduced Valagro's team.
Mr. Mariano Martín – Head of Iberia & Africa Region from Valagro presented the company and the importance and benefits of the use of biostimulants.
Mrs. Andrea de la Cruz – Crop Manager of Iberia & African Region from Valagro presented the solutions for vegetables and flowers available in Kenyan market: MEGAFOL, KENDAL ROOT and BREXIL Ca.
Overall, the meetings were a good opportunity for sharing experience and information from growers and technicians on the field with Elgon and Valagro teams.
