The future of Biostimulants is Now: Valagro participates in the Biostimulants World Congress

Miami (USA), 29 November 2021 – Valagro, a leading company in the production and marketing of biostimulants and specialty nutrients for crops, will participate in the 2021 edition of the Biostimulants World Congress that will take place in Miami, Florida, from November 29 (today) to December 2.

The Congress will host the brightest minds in the field of plant biostimulants (PBS) providing a forum for sharing data, ideas and insights across the entire spectrum of PBS applications worldwide.

In this important framework, Valagro will join the discussion with the contribution, on November 30, of our Global Marketing and Development Director Benoit Genot, entitled “The Third Way: a solution for sustainability”. In the same day, our Microbials Research Specialist Ilaria Lebano will present her experimental results as an Invited Speaker during the session on Biostimulants and Plant Stress Tolerance. Among the Keynote Speakers, also Prof. Pierdomenico Perata, professor of Plant Physiology at Sant’Anna School of Pisa and Senior Scientific Advisor for Valagro in the framework of the Valagro @PLANTlab, will be present.

Valagro is also the sponsor of the 1st edition of the Farmers Award, a contest dedicated to early adopters of PBS and farmers who have embraced innovative agricultural practices, conceived to celebrate the conscious use of plant biostimulants and modern technologies. The winner, selected by a judging panel composed of important personalities from the agricultural sector, will be announced during the Congress, namely on November 30 at 10:00 am.
