The Valagro for Future Farming on Tour is starting in Brazil

After the 2018 edition in Campinas (SP), the Valagro project, which is dedicated to the future of Brazilian agriculture, is back with a special travelling edition

Goiâna (GO – Brazil), 21 March 2019 - Valagro, a leading company in the production and marketing of biostimulants and specialty nutrients, continues to promote its Valagro for Future Farming project in Brazil: in line with the aims of the project on a global level, the goal is to address Brazilian farmers to offer them solutions that can guarantee more abundant and better quality crops by optimising the use of agricultural inputs. This is a challenge that Brazilian agriculture has to face, especially in sectors such as row crops that use intensive cultivation systems aimed at increasing productivity to meet the growing demand for food. After the success of the first edition (Campinas, 2018), the project is starting again in Brazil with a new travelling formula, Valagro for Future Farming On Tour: 5 stages in 5 Brazilian states where the Valagro do Brasil team will explain to customers, opinion leaders, researchers, technicians and large-scale Brazilian farmers Valagro's unique approach based on innovation and sustainability in agriculture, powered by the exclusive GeaPower technological platform, from which all Valagro's solutions for sustainable crop nutrition are conceived. The first stage will be hosted today in Goiânia, state of Goiás with the event entitled "Ciência Por Trás Dos Bioestimulantes Em Grandes Culturas: Soluções Inovadoras Da Valagro Para Região Do Cerrado". This will be an opportunity to illustrate the benefits associated with the use of biostimulants in agriculture, as well as to examine the characteristics and potential of YieldOn for the sustainable productivity of row crops, with particular reference to soy cultivation.

Valagro for Future Farming On Tour will then continue with the following stages:

- Paranà, 9 May,

- Rio Grande do Sul, 23 May

- Two final stages in Mato Grosso, on 13 June and 8 August.

Victor Sonzogno, Valagro Head of Brazil & South Cone Region: "We are really proud to be able to promote the Valagro for Future Farming On Tour project. Right here in Brazil, the project has evolved and taken on this travelling formula as a result of our desire to meet customers, technicians, farmers and opinion leaders of those areas of the country that are the most strategic for Valagro: Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul and Mato Grosso, in addition to Goias and Triangulo Mineiro where we aim to further strengthen our commercial presence. It is in these priority areas that the Valagro do Brasil team will illustrate its most innovative and effective solutions, designed to combine sustainability, quality and productivity, especially in the crucial row crops sector, laying the foundations for the agriculture of the future ".
