Extraction methods

A large number of extraction methods were developed into the Valagro labs in order to optimize the extraction of the biological substances present into the vegetal substrates.

Many are the chemical and physical parameters to be chosen and it is their combination that decide the nature and the quality of the extract.

In all the cases the parameters chosen and so the extraction method chosen are dependent by the raw material handled and by fraction of substances we want to maximize into the extract.

Among the most important extraction methods the enzymatic extraction, based on lytic enzymes, is one that allow to obtain a balanced pool of substances from the initial raw material.
